Strengthening Disaster Resilience Together! 🤝
ABS-CBN Foundation and Resilience and Sustainability for Empowerment (RSE) Foundation officially sealed their commitment to join forces for disaster response and recovery through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing. ✍🏻
Since 2023, the RSE Foundation and PTC Resiliency Improvement, Support and Education (RISE) Program which is the Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Sustainability Initiative of Philippine Transmarine Carriers Inc. (PTC), have been our vital partners in distributing relief packs to disaster-stricken communities, from typhoon-hit areas to fire-affected families. With PTC RISE leading disaster preparedness initiatives, they also became one of our training providers for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Trainings in 2024, empowering schools and communities through their “Master of Disaster” board games and hands-on education.
This partnership strengthens the collaboration between ABS-CBN Foundation and RSE Foundation, ensuring that disaster preparedness, response, and recovery efforts remain sustainable and impactful. ❤️💚💙
