One of her notable works, “Puto, Cassava,” is featured in the ABS-CBN Foundation E-cards collection. This artwork, rooted in her early memories of her daily commute to work, captures a momentous encounter with a vendor—an elderly lady singing the enticing lines “Puto, cassava, Pampagana sa umaga.” Witnessing the vendor’s vibrant energy while selling food left a lasting impression on Dione, prompting her to capture that joy in her drawing.
