POLA’S FIRST RESPONDERS IN ACTION! ⛑️🥇
Nakipag-partner ang ABS-CBN Foundation Sagip Kapamilya sa training center na Rescue Recon 1 Philippines Inc. para magsagawa ng five-day Emergency Response Technician Training sa Pola, Oriental Mindoro.
Sa tulong ng LGU ng Pola, dinaluhan ito ng 74 participants mula sa iba’t ibang barangay, Traffic Management Office – Pola, Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, PNP – Pola Municipal Police Station, at Bureau of Fire Protection – Pola, Oriental Mindoro.
🚨 DAY 1: Basic first aid, basic life support, and spine board management
🚑 DAY 2: Lecture on Incident Command System, Mass Casualty Incident, medical triage, and simulation exercises on marking, mapping, and vehicular accidents
🏢 DAY 3: Stationing rope skills and high angle rescue
🏊♂️ DAY 4: Water safety and rescue techniques
🧯 DAY 5: Basic Firefighting lecture and exercises
Layunin ng training na ito ang paghahanda sa mga komunidad bago pa man ang sakuna at ang pagsuporta sa ating mga local first responders 🦺
