ABS-CBN Foundation, Aboitiz Power Corporation, ABS-CBN News, and Media Serbisyo Production Corp. (MSPC) have formalized their partnership by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), reinforcing their shared commitment to deliver medical missions and disaster relief initiatives in the service of the Filipino.

The partnership builds on Aboitiz Power Corporation’s long-standing collaboration with ABS-CBN Foundation’s disaster management arm, Sagip Kapamilya. In previous disaster response efforts, They supported affected communities by donating water filtration systems, giving access to clean, safe drinking water in areas with limited or no access to potable water.

With the MOA, Aboitiz Power Corporation expands its support to include medical missions and relief operations. The ABS-CBN Foundation will lead these initiatives, ensuring assistance is responsive, community-based, and sustainable. ABS-CBN News and MSPC will amplify the activities through ABS-CBN platforms, raising public awareness on disaster preparedness, response, and the importance of collective action.

“While this agreement formalizes our partnership, our public service work together has already begun. We believe in the power of partnerships. When we work as one, we can serve more communities. By pooling our resources, talents, and creativity, we aim to deliver more sustainable support to disaster-affected communities,” said Jun Dungo, Operations Adviser of ABS-CBN Foundation.

“There is always urgency in preparing for disasters so we can respond swiftly and effectively to the needs of our kababayans,” said Ronald Suarez, Vice President for Corporate Affairs of AboitizPower Corporation. “That is why we look forward to a smooth and collaborative partnership with ABS-CBN Foundation as we bring medical missions and disaster relief efforts to Filipinos who need them most in 2026.”

Through this partnership, Aboitiz Power Corporation, ABS-CBN Foundation, ABS-CBN News, and Media Serbisyo Production Corp. show how continued bayanihan helps reach more communities, respond faster, and create a lasting impact for disaster-affected Filipinos.
