ABS-CBN Foundation Bantay Bata 163 Program Head Levi Ambon-Rota proudly joined the 11th International Consultation of Child Helplines (#IC2025) held in Livingstone, Zambia, organized by the Child Helpline International.
๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ป Levi served as one of the four facilitators in the Voice Up Online – Consultative Training on Online Harms, where she facilitated a world cafe session focusing on โ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ข๐ป๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ,” sharing some of the good practices of Bantay Bata 163 and welcomed insights from other helplines.
๐ก Alongside global panelists, she also shared about Bantay Bata 163โs projects on mental health including Project MIND, Children and Youth Advocacy Council, and the current efforts of the Helpline 163 to enrich the topic on “๐๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ผ๐น๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป’๐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต.”
With learnings from this global dialogue, Bantay Bata 163 hopes to further strengthen its services and projects to help protect more Filipino children and capacitate them so their voices can be heard.
