The ABS-CBN Foundation, ABS-CBN News, Aboitiz Power Corporation, and Media Serbisyo Production Corp. have renewed their partnership by signing a new Memorandum of Agreement to continue ABS-CBN Foundation’s Sagip Kapamilya disaster relief initiatives and medical missions.
“We’re choosing to renew a shared promise. With Aboitiz Power, we strive to act with integrity and responsibility, and we have found partners who move with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to service. When these values align, real, life-changing impact happens on the ground.” Carlos Aboitiz, Chief Corporate Officer of Aboitiz Power Corporation.
The signing took place on July 17, 2026, at the Aboitiz Power Office, Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2, Makati City. Carlos Aboitiz (Chief Corporate Services Officer) and Ronald Suarez (VP for Corporate Affairs) represented Aboitiz Power. Roberta Lopez-Feliciano (Managing Director) and Higino Dungo, Jr. (Operations Adviser) represented the ABS-CBN Foundation. Marah Capuyan (President), Elsie Capiz (Chief Finance Officer), and Franco Reyes (Current Affairs and Public Service Head) attended on behalf of Media Serbisyo Production Corporation. Mary Ann Francis Toral-Torres (Head of ABS-CBN News) represented ABS-CBN News.
“These four distinct organizations come together because they share a sense of ‘kapwa,'” said Roberta Lopez Feliciano. “Even if you don’t know someone, you want to help, especially in times of need. I am glad these groups are living that word ‘kapwa’—because that is what makes us Filipino.”
With this renewed alliance, the partners reaffirm their mission to bring hope and meaningful change to Filipinos affected by disasters.
